BRF is a leading institute in enhancing services to use and breed animals for research and testing in registered member of CPCSEA. The animal house facility has been architected with 45 animal rooms, clean and return corridor concept, dedicated floors for experimentation and breeding. Air shower, UV pass box at the entry to the clean area and huge horizontal autoclave for sterilizationof material are available along with other regular instruments in the animal house. Health monitoring programmes are carried out (i.e. designing, sampling, monitoring, reporting and interpreting) to improve knowledge about the microbiological quality of animals used in research and to meet scientific, legal and welfare requirements.

BRF will ensure animal welfare by following the best husbandry practices, expertise knowledge in providing an array of services towards the healthy nourishment.
